i was charged more than I was quoted at the time of booking the hotel. the reason apparently that the room I was being given has internet and ac. However, the original booking did include access to internet and room with ac. Regardless, the wi-fi signal wasn’t strong enough so there was no internet in the room. The air conditioner didn’t work properly. The breakfast was not great. I understand 2 star hotel and get what we pay for. Though the extra charge issue exacerbated the problems! Have to be highlighted.
