Publié le 9 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe home was beautiful! Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc in the kitchen and linens in the closets. There is SO much room in this home. The host was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back when we are int he area.

Fabulous house, spectacular sunsets!

This house has everything you need appliance-wise to make your stay comfortable, with a great kitchen if you want to cook, lots of restaurants/diners if you don't, and the screened in porch is very nice and comfortable! Lake view is amazing! Had a great time!

Great Lake Home
Publié le 22 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a lovely house on Indian Lake. Huge family/dining area with open floor plan. Highlight of the house, other than being almost brand new and super clean, is the beautiful screened porch across the lake side of the house. Great, comfortable seating area, no bothersome bugs-beautiful.There is a fire pit with chairs and a dock if you have a boat. I'm listing the sleeping arrangements because it was not clear to me in the description. Pretty much 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms on first floor. One has a FULL SIZE bed. The other bedroom has a set of bunks which also are FULL SIZED BEDs. There is a seperate 1st floor shower/bath Second floor has 1 bedroom - the master, which is HUGE. There is a King bed and chairs by the window to watch the lake. The laundry is in the master/closed off with a door. The Master bath is gigantic. We could have put a port a crib in there if needed. There is a loft area that you walk through to the master as you come up the steps that is open to downstairs. It has a built in twin. Our 3 year old grand daughter loved it. The entire house is well done. It's very new, very clean and very nice. There is no coffee pot. BRING KEURIG pods in case what you like is not provided. Another great thing about this house. You don't need to haul paper towels, soaps and trash bags. The owners provide all that. Linens are also provided. Push the easy button. Just show up!!! Highly recommend this house. We will be back!

Lake House

The large vent next to sofa was overflowing with dust, oven was crusted with food inside & dishwasher was dirty inside so we didn’t use either. There was no remote for tv in living area. I should have asked about coffee machine but didn’t & took 2 types of filters & coffee but there was a small k cup machine with no k cups there - had to go buy a coffee maker. The new dock was great.

Hi Wanda, I’m really sorry to hear about all this. I wish you had reached out; I even tried to check in with you shortly after you arrived but went to voicemail.
We have three TVs downstairs, all using the same remotes. The living room remote is usually on the coffee table or fireplace mantel. There’s also coffee provided in the drawers—I would have gladly pointed you in the right direction. Just give me a call or pick up next time!
As for the AC vents, I get it. Our cleaners usually don’t go that deep, but we’ve had good feedback about them overall. I’ll make sure to mention this to them.
I hope you were still able to get some enjoyment out the place.

Perfect Indian Lake Stay!

Only note I have is to be aware that the listing is not entirely accurate on number of bedrooms - it lists 4, but there are truly only 3 bedrooms. The 4th is a nook/loft space outside the primary suite on the 2nd floor (not a separate room/closed door option). We are flexible so no issue for us, but for those looking for 4 true bedrooms this would not be accurate. Overall, would recommend for a trip to Indian Lake & would stay again!

Great lakehouse

Despite the recent tornado, the community was so friendly and welcoming. #strongerthanthestorm The host, Phil, was super responsive and easy to communicate with. The sunsets on the lake were breathtaking.

Indian Lake stay
Publié le 25 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe stay was awesome. The only thing I had a problem with was the refrigerator. Had a bad smell and needs to have new baking soda containers put in refrigerator.
everything else was awesome. Would recommend it to anyone that was wanting a nice place to stay.
