Unexpected visit
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HotelsWe brought our granddaughter to be checked because she was having contractions but she wasn’t due for another week and they kept her so we had to get a last minute place to stay. They were so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed 1 night on a motorcycle trip
Out west. Room was clean and comfortable. No hassle, girl at counter was very polite and professional.

Horrible, would give zero stars if I could

I refused to stay the night. After trying 3 different rooms, all with dead flies covering each bedspread I asked for a refund. They said I had to go back to Expedia. Expedia has since contacted the BW hotel and they refuse. Terrible experience. 8.2 rating on Expedia is a joke. Maybe they give free rooms to the homeless and they are taking the survey. Want my money back!!

Waste of money
Publié le 25 juin 2024 sur HotelsIt was apparent when we walked in our room that it had not been vacuumed. There were small pieces of trash all over the floor. The rest of room appeared to be clean. The bathtub didn’t drain well. I was uncomfortable because there was a group of several men a couple of doors down that watched my daughter, my grandkids and I walk by and all the way to our room. The breakfast was okay. We will not be staying there again if my granddaughter has another tournament there. I will gladly pay more for a different hotel.

There were flies in our room and in the area where breakfast is. The pool was closed but that isn’t located anywhere on the website. We got charged an extra night because house keeping came before 11am and saw our stuff still there.
