The bed was uncomfortable there was no hot tub like I said on the website the pillows was flat couldn't get comfortable with my head

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff members were very helpful and kind. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great. The only complaint I would have is that the hot tub is no longer there, even though it's in the pictures. We did enjoy swimming in the pool with our children after a long day of driving. We would definitely stay here again.

Mattress were very old and terrible to sleep on the one in the pull out couch you could not sleep on and the toilet would barely flusk

Thank you for your review! I am sorry to hear you had these issues during your stay. The mattresses in the room are actually new, but if there is a defect with yours, they are still under warranty. Will you please let me know what room you stayed in?Did you report the issue of the toilet to the front desk?

Check in was easy and parking was even easier. Our room was clean. The beds were average. The shower was nice and the tub was easy to get into and out of.
