The front desk staff were ok but housekeeping was not at all not only did we have a language barrier, which made it difficult to communicate. Our trash cans were not dumped . Just the one in the bathroom.fild out bed was only made once during a week stay. 1-1/2 rolls if tp and 4 towels for 5 people. 2 of us are handicapped. Will not stay at La Quinta again, with so many other choices out there

I am so sorry to hear this. I will speak to my housekeeping staff about this. Our front desk staff is always happy to help address any issues you have. We will take out the trash and bring extra toilet paper or towels when needed. They can also speak with housekeeping to let them know your preferences. I am very sorry you did not enjoy your stay.

Quick, safe stop :)

Comfy beds, just a stop over but happy to feel safe and secure here. The highway is a little loud so if youre a light sleeper, you might struggle. We were exhausted from being on the road for 11 hours so we had no issues lol Simple breakfast but great for heading back out on the road.

Everything was fine except the TV service was out for the whole hotel.

We are so sorry about the TVs, Optimum had an outage that shut down our phones, internet, and therefore the televisions for hours.
