It's a one-of-a kind home featuring vaulted ceilings and 2 separate living areas with the Sun Porch being temperature controlled, feels like being outside from the comfort of home. Enjoy relaxing scenes of the sunrise and wildlife from your 1000 foot view no matter the season or weather. Located on 1 1/2 acres and only minutes from Arkansas's premier Petit Jean State Park, the Museum of Automobiles, the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute, waterfalls and an airport. Relax in the Jacuzzi bath for two while gazing at the spectacular view from the master bath.

The house sleeps 10 comfortably and has everything you need. Master bedroom has 1 King bed with a whirlpool tub in the master bath; 2 bedrooms with Queen sized beds; 1 Queen sleeper sofa in the Great Room and a Queen sleeper sofa in the sun room.

Rental also includes microwave, dishwasher, toaster, crock pot, Jen -Air Range and plenty of pots, pans and cookware for preparing your favorite meals at home. Dish television and DVD player, available as well as free access to fiber internet . Lots of books to read, some movies and games available for time spent inside.

We had a wonderful vacation at the Edge House. The view was beautiful, and we enjoyed watching all the hummingbirds. The hiking in Petit Jean is amazing, and Stout's Point is well worth a stop. Communication with the owner was extremely helpful in planning our stay.

Great Family Vacation
We enjoyed our stay at the Edge House. It has all the comforts of home. The views of the surrounding area, hummingbirds, and deer were beautiful to see. We enjoyed the close proximity to Petit Jean State Park to do all the hikes and park programs. The sunset Kayak tour was one of our favorites. We met some really nice people at the Honey Farm, Outpost and Coffee Shop. We highly recommend staying here and checking out all the things to do in the area.

Cozy home with an awesome view
This place felt great the moment we arrived. Clean with all the amenities we required. The view out of the sunroom is amazing, or you get the same view from the outdoor patio table. Numerous hummingbirds kept us entertained. Great communication from the owner. We'll definitely plan to return.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this home. The view from the sunroom was beautiful. We enjoyed hummingbirds coming to the window. Large rocks out back were fun to sit on and meditate. Two deer scampered off when I walked to the back yard today. There was a movable outdoor firepit. Last night we sat on the outdoor patio furniture, made a fire and roasted marshmallows. Surrounding trees gave lots of privacy. it’s a great place to get away from it all and rest.

The views at the property were amazing. The house was clean and well kept. It was very cozy and a great location. We felt very at home. The furnishings are somewhat dated but comfortable. Perfect house
The house was perfect for us! Our two 13 yr olds loved the sunroom and even slept there. The views were amazing!!! And the rocks in the backyard were cool! The owners were so nice and made the trip effortless!!! Highly recommend!

Fun on the mountain
This was my first start at this property and it did not disappoint. The view of the river is amazing in the morning and it’s so close to the state park that is my favorite in Arkansas. I’ll definitely be back with my family.

Perfect Location
Our family loved the view and the location so private and convenient to Petit Jean State Park. We had lots of room in the house and everything we needed for our group of five adults, although we did not cook meals while we were there. The house was clean and generously stocked with supplies. Sheila was easy to talk with and provided all the information we needed. We would be happy to reserve this place again.

Serene at Petit Jean
This was hands down the best VRBO stay I have had. We had plenty room for everyone to sleep. The view was stunning. To top everything, everything was well stocked (plenty of towels, dishes, pots, pans, you name it and it was there) So just bring your clothes and family/friends. I will definately be back this time next year.
