Very Sad experience
Publié le 4 févr. 2022 sur HotelsNot a hospitable place to stay. Poor services, Very bad public relations. No food service. Not even snacks. Flies all over my room. Rooms are too small. Unfriendly receptionist except RONEL. No transportation services as indicated on website. On my arrival from the airport to guest house slept without food. I was thrown out of my room when I requested to pay another night to complete my program in Rustenburg. Tumi told me to leave even when I pleaded to pay for one more night because of my safety rather Tumi said "You will be thrown out of the room, my husband will look for another hotel for you somewhere" This was a great concern to me because I was afraid for my life coming from overseas. Tumi should take a course on public relations. she is very unfriendly.

It is most unfortunate to note that your experience with us was not great. We always endeavour to ensure all our guests stay is delightful.
Our establishment outsources shuttle services from various registered companies. We did not receive your response back of your flight details and pick up information so to ensure a pick-up shuttle service from the airport to pick up. Therefore, could not make any arrangements at that time once you had arrived at the airport as no further details had been received.
We did though ensure that a professional shuttle service is arranged once you had checked in throughout your stay.
Please note the room allocated was the room booked through the online travel agent. We did extend our offer to upgrade you to another room which was bigger for the 2nd night at no cost to which was not taken up.
Your reservation was for 2 nights only, unfortunately by the time you wanted to extend for another night we were already fully booked hence our decline for your payment and the request to check out. No late check out fees were charged.
In consideration of your concern of safety, we ensured to source accommodation at another guesthouse for the extra night which is literally 150m from us. Our offer of having our Managers husband to transport you to the alternative guesthouse was our means of trying to ease your safety concerns. With that offered as well was declined.
We do apologise for any inconvenience that you may have felt and experienced during the duration of stay and check out, would like you to know that is definitely not how we take care for our guests.

Peace of mind, bodg & soul
Publié le 17 sept. 2021 sur HotelsSerene, restful and all that I wished for. The staff, particularly Tumi went an extra mile in assisting me after making a nistake with dates. She made sure the required date was booked, and she was friendly throughout. The place was calm, peaceful, and I slept like a baby. I will definitely booked there again
