The room was full of mold on the walls and the linen on the bed wasn’t that clean. I won’t go there again

The staff was very nice. However, the condition of the room was below expectations. The main part of the room had dirt and mold across the ceiling, which was falling onto the beds. The bathroom had mold across the ceiling and in the shower. The walls in both areas had stuff splattered across them. I cut my trip short and checked out a day early, as I could not bring myself to stay a second night. We had arrived late, and no other hotels were available.

Not my favorite hotel in Ruston, but the only available on short notice. Room had a musty odor and felt damp all night, even with then AC running. Breakfast was very limited and cold at 8:15am.

First room's toilet would not flush. Asked for different room. Manager insisted on trying to repair the toilet and could not. Got second room and TV did not work. Maintenance and quality control are sub-standard.

Beds were comfortable, room was clean. There wasn’t anything extravagant, but we slept well.

Walked into the room and the sheets were moist, the floor was sticky, there was an empty toilet paper roll on the tp holder, and there was a sunflower seed on the floor by the bed.

Great staff service but humidity/musty smel issues

The check in was smooth and the desk clerk was professional and friendly. The room was nicely cleaned. On the negative side, the hotel felt humid all over inside. The HVAC unit in our room smellled very musty and the sink drain had a strong mold odor.
