Very gracious about late arrival after 48-hour nightmare journey
Publié le 29 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had elderly family stuck in New Zealand then Houston then Charlotte then Newark - their arrival time was VERY late. We tried to be quiet as we helped them + luggage to second floor apartment. Host was gracious about a late checkout to let these poor people sleep in.
