Très bel hôtel, bien situé où tout est impeccable.
Qq chambres sans fenêtres. Au lobby on eu de la difficulté à se faire entendre. Lent un peu et malheureusement une jeune fille ne connaissant probablement assez sa fonction qui devrait être plus ouverte.
Pour le reste rien à dire.

Good place to stay in Sapa

We had a great stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful and very attentive. Breakfast was great and the views from the hotel to the mountains were awesome. Very clean and modern rooms
