Very thankfulnI was given a high floor room with an incredible view. Reception staff were very helpful with arranging transportation and booking tickets for Fansipan in a jiffy. Thank you Michael who was very deligent and made sure everything was in order and that I arrived back to the hotel safely. Breakfast was an incredible spread every morning. Room was very spacious, clean and quiet. Walkable to town centre in about 10mins with lots of food options. Moana Sapa is just 6mins walk down the road which was a nice surprise as I thought it would be far away. Love this hotel, will stay again.

The hotel is not in the Sapa center but it's close and walkable. In fact, it's at a nice and quiet area with nice restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

Tolle Lage, mit Panoramablick bei entsprechender Zimmerwahl. Das Personal bemüht sich sehr und erfolgreich. Alle sind sehr freundlich. Fußläufig ins "Stadtzentrum". Riesige Auswahl an Restaurants und Massagen in der Nähe. Top-Massage im Hotel, sehr empfehlenswert! Wahrscheinlich das beste Hotel in Sa Pa.

Doorman and house keeping staff are very efficient
