Bel hôtel mais service pas au niveau et bruyant
Publié le 7 août 2022 sur HotelsJoli cadre, belle piscine avec vue sur les rizières mais beaucoup de touristes Vietnamiens qui viennent pour mettre la musique toutes la journée au bord de la piscine et se prendre en photo.

This property was advertised very well. Upon arrival the space looked nice too. It is definitely an average place to stay but not as good as you would think. Safety latch was broken as soon as we arrived, and staff tried to charge us extra money for this at checkout. Luckily we had taken a photo. Throughout the night we heard lots of people partying, yelling, and slamming doors. It took 2 days (majority of our stay) to get a night of sleep uninterrupted by this - Bear in mind we are in our 20’s and have stayed at party hostels that were more restful. Staff was good but again we have experienced better. Seems like not so much a place for foreign visitors. I will say the breakfast was good and there was definitely some helpful and very kind staff. Not a bad place to stay, but just not 5 stars.

Some of the staff in the restaurant lied and being shady. Customer already paid the bill but they lied and to hustle more money so they can pocket the money.

Resort is an extremely fitting name! Feels like you are on a retreat, staff happy to help with any requests, views are astounding and cleanliness second to none - extremely happy with my stay and would recommend to anyone going

Excellent on everything, I enjoyed my stay and will come back and stay here again. Thank you very much to all the staff taking good care of me.
