It was an amazing stay at the hotel. The hotel staffs are friendly. The location is slightly up the hill, which required some effort to walk up however, it is manageable.

Friendly staff. Great location. Housekeeping could be sharper [my Sensodyne mini-tube of toothpaste disappeared and the minibar wasn’t restocked without prompting], but all-in-all good.

Didn’t realized this hotel was up in a hill that I had to climb every time I trek down to the market. The hotel doesn’t offer a safe inside the rooms so had to request for it. Limited food choices from the breakfast buffet. Doesn’t feel like a resort even though they claim to be one. Staffs not as friendly or approachable.

Nice hotel but not really 4 star

The staff was very helpful. Hotel was located quite close to the town Centre, but now directly at its heart. There is a street of massage outlets on the way to the hotel, so you can have a late night massage. The hotel staff is unable to help book a transfer from Hanoi, so you have to do it yourself. Although it is rated 4 star, the facilities do not live up to expectations. I would rate it 3 star (international standards), but I it is quite a plush hotel by Vietnam standards.

The location of the hotel is removed from the hustle and bustle of the main part of town so it feels peaceful and quiet, but it still easily walkable to restaurants and shops. The room was large and bright and amenities were adequate. The buffet breakfast has fairly standard options with a range of Vietnamese and Western dishes. Overall the value for money at this hotel is decent and I would stay here again.
