Great mountain views on the outskirts of town
Publié le 12 mars 2020 sur HotelsThe hotel is located some distance away from the main city centre - approx. 10 minute walk up a steep hill (takes a bit of effort) or a short taxi ride away. Worth it to be away from the "vegas-like" lights at night, and to have a spectacular view of the mountains. Definitely recommend getting a room with a mountain view as the sunrise/sunsets from the balcony are amazing.
The hotel has all the essential amenities and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of local and western options. The staff are very accommodating and well-meaning and try their best to provide good service. An example being that staff drove us on check-out to the town to catch the bus to Hanoi after a mishap with the laundry service that was not ready in time. They tried to rectify the issue, so points for effort.
I would stay here again for the peace and magnificent views.

The view from our room was exceptional, I didn’t even want to leave when our trip was over. Bathroom was clean, room itself was spacious. Breakfast was a bit disappointing to us.
The front desk and other services were excellent.
The only thing ruined our stay were the noise from the several constructions around the hotel (which seem to last for a few more months since they just got started), and the roosters who would start screaming at 4 or 5 in the morning and keep on going throughout the day.

This place was super disappointing. It’s far from town, and the beds are literally rock solid. I would never stay again.

Mr Hung the manager was very nice when dealing with us and treated us very well, all staff was great. We didn’t see the mountain views as it was misty the whole 3 days when we were there so that was really disappointing but not the hotels fault. It’s a 10 min walk to town or few minutes on the bike. Bathroom lacked hygiene, towels were stained. Overall a good hotel to stay for the price we paid.
