I called the day before to explain I will not be able to attend but my family will be there and desk confirmed that my mother was on the record and that there will be not issue.
They went to the desk and were denied by the desk because there name didn’t rang any bell…
Hopefully I had provided a identity card to my family and they managed to get one of their room. I had book 2 room, one single and one double, they provided the single one for 2 people… when going back to desk and the young fellow there was really the stereotype of German close minded and had to argue on phone to have him give my second room to them, already paid… further more, the first room was straight to a wall and the second one they doesn’t wanted to provide them at first was a big room with river view.
Don’t understand what the point of being stubborn and deliver poor room when all was paid, also they come every year to the hotel, very disappointed by the young fellow at desk.

Très bon hôtel
Publié le 28 nov. 2022 sur HotelsC'est notre point de chute quand on va à Saarbrücken. Hôtel à proximité de la gare et de la grande rue. Chambre et lits confortables. Personnel à l'écoute. Petit-déjeuner un peu cher mais avec pas mal de choix.
