This is the best place to stay if you ever come to Pulau Weh. The property is surrounded by beautiful plants, fruit trees, private beach, cabana, and swing. My husband and I spent 3 days in there, and loved every minutes of it!! I can't thank enough the staff: Ibu Tari, denny, and the manager. For being proffesional, kind, helpfull, and always smiles . The place is so quiet and peacefull. One of the best place I've ever stay

Publié le 5 sept. 2022 sur HotelsSebenarnya sy dari awal terpukau dengan resort ini, kamarnya bersih, roamy, makanannya enak dan murah. Pantainya tidak bergelombang dan dangkal, untuk berenang agak kurang asyik karena dangkal sampai jauh ke tengah laut.
Namun yang membuat semua nilai baik ini hilang adalah, sy mengalami scam disini.
Ceritanya pagi-pagi sy menggunakan cano dengan teman sy sekitar 30 menit, setelah dari main cano, sy memesan 2 porsi mie ke resto, namun sy diberikan 2 porsi nasi goreng dan dibilang sy dapat jatah breakfast. Sy ambillah nasi goreng yang rasanya hambar tersebut.
Pas sy check out besoknya, ternyata sy di charge 100rb untuk penggunaan cano, padahal disebutkan gratis fasilitas hotel. Alasannya karena sy sudah mengambil breakfast, jadi paket breakfast+cano adalah 100rb. Sy komplain karena sy sebenarnya mau pesen mie malah dikasih breakfast, tanpa penjelasan bahwa sy akan kena charge 100rb untuk itu. Jadi seperti menjebak customer dengan informasi yang ditutupi.
Sy tidak suka hotel yang praktek scammer seperti ini, jadi cukup ini pengalaman pertama dan terakhir sy menginap disini Masih banyak hotel/resort lain di Sabang yang tourist friendly dan tidak mencari uang dengan cara menjebak tamu.
Gara-gara uang 100rb, mereka kehilangan kepercayaan tamu dan mendapat review jelek.

The view was amazing. We totally enjoyed the quiet and lovely sea breezes. The staff was friendly and accommodating helping us arrange transportation on several occasions. All of our meals were tasty and modified to our taste. This was one of our most enjoyable holidays ever - even though we just hung out on our balcony.
There are a few things that potential guests should be aware of. This is advertised as a smoke-free property, yet most of the staff smoke and there are ash trays on the tables in the dining area. It’s hard to be totally free of cigarette smell. It is also advertised that there is a tv, slippers and hairdryer in the room. We did not have any of these items. There was also supposed to be a safe which was not present. There was a locking cabinet, but there were no keys so it was of no use.
Despite my comments above, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

View to die for. Calm and quiet place.
Cleanliness is a bit of an issue and there’s a cafe which rarely opens so you need to have a transport.
Overall it was an excellent stay. Wish I had spent more time at the resort to do kayaking etc.
