NEW DECKS OFFERING PANORAMIC VIEWS OF THE SACO BAY ! Gas fireplace !! Perfect for cold nights. Picture yourself relaxing on the beautiful direct oceanfront decks watching the sun rise from the ocean before you begin a day filled with beach activities. If you can picture that, you've just gotten a glimpse of why this place is sure to have you and your family coming back year after year ! A very unique New England experience.

Spectacular ocean views greet you as you enter this restored home. One of the many attractions of this two story, 2600 + square foot is the glassed in sun porch on the Oceanside with direct access to the lower deck and beach. This enclosed sun porch offers the best views in the house and with two upholstered chairs, two sofa beds and other seatings, there is sure to be enough room for the entire family to enjoy. The main floor offers a large kitchen, full sized dining room living room with ample seating, ocean views and a high definition, large flat screen TV, enclosed porch area and one of the 2 bathrooms with shower. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in the kitchen closet making packing for your trip a little lighter. The master bedroom located upstairs provides beautiful ocean views from the windows and the new deck and is furnished with a king size bed. The 2 additional bedrooms are located upstairs as well. The middle bedroom with a queen bed provided and the back bedroom offers an additional king bed and queen bed. The second bath is located upstairs as well with a shower and separate bathtub. This home offers wonderful extras inside and out, including the perfect summer BBQ setting with gas grill, outdoor table, loveseats and more ! Best view in town to enhjoy the OOB Fireworks during summer nights ! Other fantastic amenities provided include High Speed Internet, an outside shower with both hot and cold water and shower curtain, washer/dryer, dishwasher, DVD player and more !

Endroit merveilleux
Idéalement située, cette maison vous offrira des vacances de rêve au bord de la plage. Nous étions six adultes et deux enfants et jamais nous nous sommes sentis à l’étroit dans la maison. Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité de jeux pour les enfants, de chaises pour la plage et de parasol. Maison chaleureuse et propre avec de très belles vues. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. À répéter!

Clean, beautiful, and comfortable home with incredible views of the ocean. We enjoyed lots of time on the beach, spoiled to be so close to the water and hear the ocean sounds as we began and ended our days. Our group of friends made some wonderful memories here and didn't want to leave.

The Maine Event
Location was Amazing! Just steps to a beautiful beach! Enjoy a brand new huge deck looking out at a 7 mile stretch of beauty and endless fun! So much to do and see in every direction! The home was the perfect mix of modern comfort and “Maine” decor and style! The sand toys and boogie boards for the entire group kept my family happy and entertained all week! A lovely place to vacation! First time to Maine for most of our group and they can’t wait to come back!

Most beautiful view you could imagine
Some houses say they are "on the beach". This gem is ON THE BEACH really! Just steps from the back porch. We LOVED it. We traveled to different places daily but always made sure we were back in time for our beach walks. Our host was fabulous so I can't say enough about her quick actions with any issues we had. We did have a small housekeeping issue but that was definitely not her fault and she fixed that issue quickly. I would most highly recommend this house to anyone and everyone. The house was well-stocked to meet all our needs. The 6 of us were really sad to leave this amazing place!

We had an very enjoyable week. It was a lovely place for family to gather. There were 8 adults and one 2 yr old and it worked so well. An inviting and comfortable house, well equipped in every way and perfect for the beach! The only surprise was how busy the public access was next to the property, maybe because it was July 4th week. However, the patio/deck space facing the ocean was very private.

Beautiful stay right on the Beach!
We enjoyed a long weekend at Sea Drift Cottage to celebrate a 75th and 80th Birthday and Father’s Day with family. The house was just as pictured, well stocked and steps to the beach. Even though the weather wasn’t the best the house was a perfect place to gather together. We enjoyed the sun porch, the large table for meals and the gas fireplace to take off the chill (June in Maine 😉). The last day we were able to see a beautiful sun rise to end a perfect weekend. We would all love to come back again! Thank you Olivia and Patrick for sharing your beach house with us!

A Fantastic Stay on the Beach in Maine

Happy 2023!
Our family of 6 traveled to the area to celebrate the new year. We were greeted with a lovely, warm home with lots of charm and the most amazing views! The hosts were fantastic, and even left some holiday decorations up for a perfect touch of home. This was our first visit to the area, and we found the surrounding coast and beach towns to be straight out of a movie set! Our family made note of the slogan on the “Welcome to Maine” sign as we drove in from Boston. It read, “Maine, the way life should be.” We left feeling like we understood!

Yet another wonderful stay!
We have stayed at this beautiful beach house three times and we're already plotting our return in 2023! It's just perfect - especially the breathtaking location right on Kinney Shores Beach, but also the house itself it clean, comfortable, and cozy. Communication with owners is always smooth - quick responses and so nice. I do wish the bathtub was working, but that's really the only downside. Thank you for everything! - Jennifer

That Ocean View!
Our family of four adults enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at the beach house. The house was clean and comfortable, easy to find, and brilliantly located right on the beach. The ocean as our front yard was beyond description - long walks, rolling waves, soothing sounds. Worth every penny. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. The primary bedroom was grand with two comfy chairs facing the ocean view from the second floor. I somehow thought the primary was an en suite but that is not the case. All three bedrooms upstairs share one bath and, at least during our visit, the bathtub was out of service with lots of caution tape preventing it’s use. There is an additional bath with a roomy shower on the main level. The fall weather cooperated with us and made for a wonderful long weekend together after being apart for the past year. We would definitely recommend this beach house if you can get it!

Autumn family stay in Kinney Shores
Our family, a group of nine, spent a wonderful October week at this property in Kinney Shores. A previous review stated that the house photographs on the website were wholly accurate. I confirm that (the view from the master bedroom is rich indeed). The house is spacious, attractive and very clean. It offers all of the required amenities and more (namely high quality gas fireplace in its cozy living room). The house’s surroundings are great, namely the outdoor windless patio, the large beach and the quiet neighbourhood. Our communications with our host, Olivia, were easy and fruitful, both before and during our stay. I highly recommend this property and our family is sure to return.
