From Michigan to Maine!
Posted Oct. 8, 2024 on HomeAwayHome was small but clean. Loved the Camp Ellis General Store and Lobster Pound!! We visited Ogunquit, Orchar Beach, Kennebunkport, Biddeford, Saco, Old Orchard Beach and Portland. All an easy drive from the home!

Summer Vacation

Scott was very helpful and always responded super quick with any questions I may have had! Great summer vacation for my family and we hope to do it again!!

Camp Ellis

Saco Great family retreat
Posted Aug. 29, 2022 on HomeAwayThe property was as advertised. Very clean and very well equipped. Robin was right next door and very responsive but not intrusive!
Close to a small beach and Saco River, but away from the craziness of Old Orchard, which was a short drive for amazements. We went to the the Children's museum in Portland, ME which was crazy but awesome for the grandson.

Perfect cottage for camp ellis stay
Posted Jul. 13, 2022 on HomeAwayRobin was great to work with in setting up the rental for our week. Went out of her way to help out with extra requests. The cottage was in a good place in the hamlet, walking distance to the beach and jetty and Huots restaurant. It was very clean and kitchen and laundry area were well stocked. Good appliances, nice cookware, window air conditioners on both floors. Big wrap around porch was nice.

wonderful getaway
Posted Sep. 23, 2021 on HomeAwayThe cottage was immaculately clean with and exceedingly well-equipped kitchen, lovely screened in porch with gas grille which worked well. The downstairs bedroom is small, though it has a very comfortable queen-size bed, and the bathroom is adequate though a little cramped. The living room is dark, a result of the wraparound porch, but as we didn't spend much time in it, , although I do think brighter lighting would help. Robin was very helpful, came over with candles and a flashlight when a storm was threatening, otherwise she was very unobtrusive. The neighborhood was quiet, it is convenient to the beach...It was a true Maine Experience!!!
