Summary:
Don’t miss this impressive 2-bedroom modern residence in the quiet neighborhood of Park Oaks. Located on a kid-friendly corner lot, this modern home features 1,159 sq ft. of living space, a recently-renovated interior, and brand-new appliances for a comfortable retreat. We are a 3-minute drive to supermarkets, and within walking distance to excellent restaurants, bars, and parks. We have a one-car parking space with plenty of street parking and close proximity to Citrus Heights Town Center.

The Space:
Our home is a Duplex. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both beds a full/queen and we have 2 slider doors that take you to the spacious backyard.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home and you may use the garage for parking

The Neighborhood:
Citrus Heights provides convenient access to shopping, dining, and services, with major roads nearby for easy commuting. Overall, Park Oaks is a desirable area for those looking for a suburban lifestyle with community spirit and accessibility.

The house was clean, close to shops and the freeway. We were quite comfortable and the house had many amenities that made the stay with my family easy and a great fit. I would suggest some minor upgrades to the cookware and furniture, but overall I really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back again.
