Surpassed my expectations

This location wasn’t an elegant top of the line hotel, but it definitely has been worth my money. When we arrived around 8pm. The attendant that greeted us was welcoming & got our room checked in quickly. The parking area is a gated area which was a major plus, not to mention the area didn’t seem to bad. The room was very clean & spacious. The bed is very comfortable & was made beautifully. Breakfast was more than I had expected it to be & the food was hot. The attendant was on top of refilling everything & cleaning. She was very friendly & I felt comfortable dining in the breakfast area. I would recommend this hotel & will definitely stay here again in the future.

While our stay was comfortable and clean, we did have a couple issues. There is a homeless encampment behind the parking lot and although the parking lot is fenced, we felt unease about leaving our car there. Also, bad business practice is actually charging the $100 incidental fee and then reimbursing you if it’s not used whereas other hotels just hold that fee, not charge it unless used. Need to wait 2-10 business days for a refund. We will not be returning.

The place appears clean and actually I really liked it at first, but then they wouldn’t let my son use the bathroom on the property as we were waiting to check in which I kind of that was rude and then when I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night I found cockroaches in the bathroom

As others pointed out, the suites do not look as advertised. The beds look smaller than a queen and the couch is just a two person size. Water pressure is just ok. My suite was mostly quiet. The beds were comfortable. The scrambled eggs were good and I enjoyed the toasted bagel. The doors, floor, and furniture were dated and banged up a bit. The 24 hour Arco gas station next door was a little sketchy, but convenient if you need something or in my case bought a couple of beers. A very grungy homeless man grunted for money. I was glad that the hotel parking lot had an electric gate.

Fantastic free breakfast, and great location. Only a 15-20 min walk to Old Sac along the Sacramento River Trail. Room was super comfortable, and had good water pressure in the shower. Only downfall was having a room right next to the elevator and the fluorescent light in the bathroom flickered intermittently. Other than that, no complaints at all!
