I was given the wrong information about how often the airport shuttle runs the night before we arrived. When I called, from the airport, I was told it's a complimentary shuttle so we had to wait 45 minutes to be picked up because someone was at lunch. The shuttle is a small minivan that was difficult for my husband to get in and out of. Upgrade your van. Would not recommend if you have mobility issues. All that being said the drivers were very nice. The lobby bar and bistro was also pretty good.

Called to notify the hotel that I'd be checking in late, which they said was ok. When my wife and I arrived at the property at 4am with our infant after a 7 hour drive, they said they gave my room away. They wouldn't refund or cancel our room so that we could go find another room at a different hotel because they're "holding" a room for us which would be ready until 8am, maybe. So I had to go to another hotel and still get charged here. I'll be disputing the charge.
