While the kiosk person for checking in was very nice, I would rather have a person at the front desk checking you in. Not sure what you would do if you had questions/concerns.

Horrible check in kiosk- impersonal and confusing. Smelly hallways and room. Worst hotel I've stayed in in 20 years!

DOES NOT TAKE CASH!!!! (I had been in Europe where I had to use all the money on my card & needed to use cash) when I arrived at midnight, tired from a very long day of travel- I would’ve been without a safe place to sleep. Not bad property. The pool is nice. Uber ride is 20-30 from airport. Not as close as you think. No front desk person. You talk to a box like an atm for all processes.
