We booked Non Smoking room, but there's smoking smell inside room

Do you want pillows? Bring your own since the few provided are half sized and only 10th filled. Do you want to charge your phone? Nearly every outlet doesn’t hold the plug; just falls right out. Hungry for breakfast? Pre wrapped tiny danish and capri sun. Pool is drained with no sign of ever being used. Plenty of cosmetic issues in the room with baseboards peeling away from the wall. Lastly, possible mold in the bathroom with whistling pipes from both the toilet and shower. We got no maid service for the three nights we were there.

staff are really nice, but they gave us a room in the first floor. The neighbors upstairs were really noisy mostly all night. And the next morning my husband woke up with multiple bits in all of his back. I can't assure they were bed bugs, but looking around the room, we found spiders, mosquitoes... And we assume bed bugs too.

No chair for the desk. Dirty. Worn down—major holes in furniture. Lamps broken. Not clean—hairs in the bathroom still. Reservation was incorrect. Front desk person out frequently. A very poor and small cart for helping with luggage—and locked up when I needed check out. Simply would not day at any of the Days inns again.

It had roaches and the towels were stained and the bed blankets smelled like pee. But wonderfully the price was great for 7days. Convince by stores and food and freeway. Pool was clean just no room services while there had to ask for clean towels and take out my own trash
