Hotel didn't have my confirmation on file so I had to pay for my room two times, there was a live bug in the bathroom, there was random hairs in the shower & refrigerator. My family was too exhausted to move to another hotel so we made due.

Room had bad smell sticky floor and old food left in the cabinet, dust and bugs were in the room, Not recommend

Check in was ok. TV in the room was not working and no available technician in the building to fix the issue. Door does not lock from outside, making the card key useless. Tried it multiple times to lock the door but dis not work. No phone on the room to call the front desk. I have to go down to address issue. Water in the shower/tub does not drain properly fast enough.

They cleaned the air conditioning while I was there I thought that was good for the air quality
