We were greeted with a no reservation available under our name or confirmation number and was told that they cannot do anything about it and was told to contact Expedia. We were told initially that there were no more rooms available. We told the receptionist/desk clerk to talk to the manager since we were elderly couple and had made the reservations weeks ago. We waited for about 45 minutes before the receptionist came back and said they were able to accomodate us. We were not given the room we reserved, which is a room with King side bed and a sofa bed. So, we were disappointed mainly due to not being given the room we reserved.

Boyfriend and I came down to Sacramento for just one night for military training. Check in was a breeze, got up to our room and it was clean, smelled good, and the bed was so comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

We arrived early and they let us check in early, which was really nice. The staff was awesome. The breakfast was really good and lots to choose from the little bar was cute and the drinks were good. The rooms were clean one of our rooms. The sink was clogged and they were there within five minutes to fix it very nice and polite and attentive. Would stay every time I was there.

Everything was great except the curtains in my room (#120). I was hoping to have a good night's sleep, but the room didn't have blackout curtains; instead, the curtains were made of thin, mesh material. The parking lot lights were right on my face no matter where I slept on the bed. My room was on the first floor so maybe the other rooms are better?! I stayed there with my 2 months-old baby and it was impossible to make the room dark during the night. Other than that, the staff was very nice, and the property was clean and calm. The only problem was the thin curtains on windows with street lights right next to them.
