Overwhelming smell of potpourri or air freshener or something super gross in the lobby. Body odor smell in room. Couldn't open window in room. Dirty carpets. Appears to be a recent remodel so room furnishings in good condition, but yuck. Keurig didn't work. At breakfast, completely stale almost rancid almonds offered for oatmeal. Fitness room disorganized and peloton bike felt rickety with foot straps broken. Just overall never again.

The stay was fine. Dealing with “Adam” and “Randy” was extremely frustrating. My credit card was stolen on my trip and I was planning to pay with my debit card upon arrival. At 10 am I was called by “Randy” who forcefully insisted I give him a card number over the phone. I told him when I check in at 4, I will provide the card in person. He didn’t like that and told me his manager is making him put the charges for the rooms through that morning or the room would be canceled. I asked to speak to his manager and he quickly told me it would be ok to give my card at check in at 4 pm. Which would be normal practice, in my experience. Upon check in, no one told me there was a daily parking fee. No one would give us 3 keys to our room. There was a young man working that I asked about additional charges and he was unable to explain the extra holds on my card and told me to “just get a receipt” when I check out. I still have no received my receipt, but they definitely charged my card and over drafted my bank account because of the additional parking fee that no one mentioned. It’s a safe and clean place to stay, just keep track of your finances while you’re there and don’t expect anyone to care about your stay.

It was a relaxing stay, room is clean and there was no issue with parking, the location is very convinient too since its near the freeway.
