Definitivement un must!
Publié le 24 juill. 2018 sur HotelsLes employés de l'hôtel étaient très serviables, prêts à aider, souriants, chambre propre (aurait peut-être besoin d'être remise a jour niveau décoration mais très confortable) j'y retournerais définitivement et je le recommenderais à tout le monde!

I was a little disappointed the service I stayed in cheaper hotels and all ways got a decent breakfast not here. I know it’s not a big deal but simple things like that makes people coming back . There’s a lot of hotels in that area I’m going to try another one!

Checked into my room with my partner, we were on vacation and there was a biker gang in the lobby with open liquor bottles, taking shots of liquor. Then there was a couple arguing in the lobby, screaming at each other and the staff did nothing check into my room after leaving the lobby I paid for a room with snacks. There was no snacks in my room. The refrigerator did not work in my room and the shower drain was clogged, and the water was overflowing when I took a shower . Spoke to front desk about the snacks they said you have to come down and get the snacks myself clearly not happy on my part

It was located off a main highway so going to a larger city was easy. Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and helpful.

The fact that the continental breakfast is not free is really lame. It is not any different from other hotels who offer free breakfast. There they are asking every person who came down to have breakfast, to see if they paid for it already.. it just tarnishes the stay. AC is old and makes annoying noises. You need the fan going to drown out people running around in the hotel.

Hilton Garden Inn hotels are full paid breakfast, it is a brand standard with Hilton. For future reservations you can always have the breakfast package added on for small fee.
