It was a great stay. Had no complaints even though my phone did not work. Stayed one night food places were within walking distance however, I drove. The staff were friendly even extended my check out time. The room was nice and clean so overall I had a great experience. Thanks!

The parking is limited because it’s on the same lot as another hotel, but I like that it’s free. The ice machine was broken on my floor, there was a leak near the elevator so water was pooled on the floor. The lamp in my room was broken and the key card readers for the gym and pool weren’t working at the time. I paid too much to have so many non working parts. Will not stay again

Customer service was great. The lady was super friendly but I only dealt with them during the check in process which was quick and easy. The location was great. Next to lots of restaurants, the galleria and other shopping centers.
The room was pretty out dated. I expected more for the Hilton. The bathroom did not have a vent so it gets super steamy while showering and if someone uses a mumber 2. The smells doesn't go away. The AC unit was old and super loud. We could'nt hear the TV whenever it's on and it woke me up through out the night while it was auto. The pillows were too soft and goes flat and caused pain in my neck and shoulder every morning I wake up. They provided full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash but I brought my own.
Housekeeping also opened our room door without knocking while my daughter was in the room which was really strange. She didn't say nothing. She opened it and saw my daughter and walked right back out. Maybe she thought we checked out but it was strange because check out time was 12 pm and it was only 9 almost 10 AM. We did go out to put our stuff away so maybe she thought we left but still that was not okay.
Overall it was a good stay. I would recommend the hotel only because of the location. However, for future I'll probably look for a different hotel that offer free breakfast and that is more updated. I didnt think it was worth $160 a night.

I didnt stay here. I had to cancel trip
But since there is a no cancel policy i didnt get a refund
Mom passed away and had to go home

From the property, we are absolutely sorry in our heart goes out to what you and your family have experienced with the passing of a family member. In regards to your reservation, you booked your reservation through a third-party vendor not here at the property. The rate plan you chose was a nonrefundable rate through that third-party. The grievance would not be with the hotel, it would be with that third-party vendor because that’s who you booked through. We cannot overwrite the rate or any reservation specific details at the property because you went into contract with the online vendor and not specifically here at the property.
