The hotel itself wasn't great. I had a few issues with our room including a fridge that blew hot air instead of cold but the staff was beyond wonderful. I adore those people.

Front desk staff was great, but my room was dirty, toilet roll holder broken, floors had dirt and hair. Chair was coated in residue definitely didn’t sit in.

My check in process was great. Friendly staff awaiting me with a smile. Check in was quick and they informed me of all the amenities I had access to.
The actual property needs work. My bathtub was stained with dirt, curtains were a little dirty. Not filthy but not fresh. This goes for the stained sink as well.
If the property and the equipment inside the rooms were as great as the staff, this place would be AWESOME!

Staff are very accommodating. They have a great breakfast and cold water and coffee station set up at all times in lobby. It's a nice touch.
