Hôtel des années 90th. Personnel peu qualifié et pas assez compétent (sauf le Night Audit) sinon peu aimables et incapables de repondre à mes questions. 2 nuits 3 x facturations réservées? À voir comment ça va être facturé à la fin...

Nice but not really pet-friendly
Publié le 18 juin 2024 sur HotelsThis was a quick one night stay in a cat friendly room. Some issues: First, this is a ADA room so the door shouldn't need to be pushed so hard to open and close. Closing it was an issue. The door between the rooms did not close at all and you have to slam it to keep it from opening and then ram your body against it to open it again. The bed is NOT cat friendly. Any bed an animal can get under is not pet friendly. Also 1 window didn't lock but they do have it so no one can get in. The service is semi-consistant throughout the Homewood Hilton chain. They all SUCK at recycling. There is no recycling in the rooms at this location.

Great staff at check-in. Loved the outdoor patio area outside to eat breakfast. Also the free breakfast was extremely well done and attentive staff. Definitely would stay here again!
