We enjoyed having a room with kitchenette while our house was being briefly remodeled. Price was reasonable but hotel freeway and there is significant noise. Staff were kind and accommodating but under resourced. For instance to dishwasher soap in the kitchenette. Dishwasher full of dishes of suspect cleanliness. Staff at desk offered dish soap and a sponge but there is a dishwasher???? At breakfast no toaster with toaster out of order all week. 24 hrs no tv due to problems with their provider. Carpet had stains in public areas near elevator and at several locations in hall and in our room. Carpet needs to be replaced. Elevator button missing number needs repair. Overall impression is long term deferred maintenance. Disappointed.

It’s was a very spacious and modern room. Our bathroom door was broken. Towels were hard to find. Tv was rotating, this helped a lot for both sides of the room. Sofa bed had a terrible mattress that was impossible to sleep in. It was amazing at first, but then we noticed the problems that were mainly in our room.

The place and the room was clean and quiet even though the freeway is right there. Not much as far as a bar. Breakfast was good. Can't walk to anywhere. Personnel was friendly.

Look for another hotel
Publié le 17 août 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel is pretty new but it seems that it’s not well cared for, our room was not clean properly, stains in bed cover I mean blood and idk what other body fluid stains, hair a lot of hair in the shower floor, loud it’s right by the freeway and we could hear the noise all night it was just not a good stay.
