The staff was wonderful, continental breakfast was nice. The hotel is a dated but over all a good value

The hotel was great, room was great my overall experience here for my first time was great. The only hiccup I had was the pillows were too soft and I can’t use soft pillows, because I don’t sleep well that way.

The pros: the room is huge with a full sized kitchen and full-size refrigerator.
The cons: that full-size refrigerator is really noisy. Also, the TV is located to the side of the bed, which means, to watch it you get a stiff neck very quickly!

Hard pass on this hotel.
Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HotelsHorrible customer service, noise and dirty. The manager is no help. I left the property a day early and didn’t even use the second night. I slept in my truck instead. The front staff allowed for early check out a day prior and then was rescinded when they realized hotels.com was paying the bill and they had the choice to keep the money. Blamed the refund on hotels.com and not being by their problem. Will never use this brand property again and considering not using hotels.com again.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry your experience with us was not as expected. I did look at your reservation and it was prepaid to a third party, not directly through us. I wish we could have assisted you in the early checkout. We really do appreciate you choosing to stay us and apologize it was not a better experience.
