Limited breakfast. Squeaky floors. Good price. Good beds but not pillows.

Ok room but could use updating. Rooms are big enough to have King vs Queen and kind of hard. Lots of street noise. Check-in staff weren’t friendly or welcoming (check out was better).

The rooms needs to be updated. Furniture old and raggedy. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. No fan in bathroom. Terrible lighting. Update air-condition

Definitely showing signs of wear - from my experience with hotelsdotcom the rating should be 6.0-7.0. Not a 8+ facility. Plus an extra $10 charge for parking in an unsecured lot shared by many other businesses. Better options on the area.

The staff in the morning was helpful and very nice. The person who checked us in though, was very rude and I usually don’t complain, but I have never had someone who so obviously glared at us while we checked in. For the hotel itself, we had the suite, but the A/C barely worked. We had to ask for a fan, which was delivered covered in dust. Appliances were dirty, all parts of the hotel were very warm in the middle of summer. And the room was barely clean. I had to clean the room myself before being comfortable enough to touch much.

Nice stay overall but they should just skip breakfast all together! Had to pick it up in a bag in the lobby...only the cheapest items available. Packaged and frozen items only. Parking is 10.00.
