Hi Jessica, we’re sorry to hear this home wasn’t the right fit for you. After reviewing your feedback, we followed up with the homeowner, who shared the following:- While the listing doesn’t advertise a heated pool, we understand this may have been missed. We also confirmed with you in August that the pool wasn’t heated due to a guest's prior misuse, but we regret the impact this had on your stay.- The home is professionally cleaned before each stay. While no spiderwebs were found inside, we did address some on the outdoor patio and have asked the cleaning team to focus more on this area moving forward.We strive to provide great experiences and look forward to hosting many happy guests in the future!

Excellent house that has gone above and beyond
Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed in Folsom for our visit to family. The house is beautiful with a great pool and play structure for children. The owners have added supplies that most homes and owners don’t do. There were coffee pods available and laundry pods and shampoos and conditioners in the showers. None of this they are required to do but because of this we would definitely return to of the need arises.

Enjoyed our stay in Folsom!

The best part about the neighborhood was that there was a beautiful walking/biking path steps from the front door! I walked my dog on that path several times a day! The house was clean and the furniture was very comfortable. It is winter so we did not use the pool, but the hot tub was perfect on a cold winter night! The owners were easy to communicate with and very helpful. The kitchen had plenty of pots/pans etc., so that we were able to cook several meals at the house. Thank you for a great stay!
