super disapointing
Publié le 30 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayold, dirty, broken furniture, lights did not turn off? wiring issues, spent 1st night laundering-stained sheets. Left the next morning and found a hotel. Host totally un-responsive.

Thank you for your feedback. We take guest concerns very seriously and always strive to provide the best experience possible. Upon reviewing your claims, we found no clear evidence to support them, despite multiple requests for photos or further details. Additionally, our cleaner provided a reference video showcasing the property in its clean and well-maintained condition prior to your stay.
The issue regarding the broken light in one room could have been promptly addressed if brought to our attention during your stay. While our staff thoroughly inspected the property and found no grounds for the claims made, we value your feedback and will continue to work towards enhancing our guest experience.

Quiet and clean

Home was immaculate

I would say that it sleeps 10 more comfortably than11. The property owner was very kind and responded promptly always even offering up extra things which was nice. The only downside was the neighborhood is not all that great but again it Serviced its purpose and amd we would stay here again!! Thank you Fong!

The home was wonderful, it was clean and very accommodating. We traveled as a family with my senior parents, and it was great having a master bathroom with an easy access to the shower. Although truly one of the best things was the size of every room and bed. There was plenty of space for our clothes as well. The backyard was very spacious and we enjoy being able to BBQ and enjoy the peaceful night. My parents loved that everything had a labels from the extra towels to the dishes. The neighborhood was also quite peaceful and seemed in it own way welcoming. We were a party of 7 and we fit very comfortably, and our host was very attentive and made us feel welcomed. I can truly say we can't wait to come out and stay at this home again and again.

Beautiful modern house

Enjoyable Experience
