The staff was great in their customer service. Helping me out in a special need for a wedding event. My only drawback was our room was close to the stairs and several people I think were going out all hours of the night and morning to smoke

The bed and room 316 was too low to the ground and it was very uncomfortable. Other than that everything was wonderful. I stay here often for my job, and I appreciate the courtesy that I always get from the front desk staff. I believe it was Jamie, who checked me in on Wednesday evening and she was very wonderfully polite and cordial and I appreciate that greatly.

Check in staff not attentive, halls all had trash on the floors, seems there was no respect to no smoking, just did not feel like it was a good choice for the trip.

friendly staff, well maintained, easy parking, GREAT BREAKFAST, love that they have the ice machine and water dispenser in the lobby. this is our go to place when visiting family in Rocklin.

The bell boy tried to steal $100 dollars from me! The one with the glasses! He probably needed a tooth brush with all that white filmy gunk on his teeth! He needs to be fired trying to steal from your customers! That is BAD BUSINESS!
