THERE IS NO ON SITE PARKING. There is Valet ONLY! This listing is incorrect & misleading. The property or Expedia will not help you. If the parking situation was not FALSELY ADVERTISED, I would’ve NEVER booked this place. It’s in a sketchy area. The parking is OFF SITE. Upon discovering this, we tried to cancel. There is no way to know until you arrive. They’ve ruined my daughter’s birthday weekend. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Everything was great. Nice room, good service, and very clean. Only reason for 4 star is parking. Garages across the street can be used for $28 overnight, but you could wind up a long ways from the hotel.

The staff at the front desk and at The Willow were all so kind and helpful! Would definitely come back. My ONLY complaint is there was only one valet employee and he was working his butt off in the heat, so it made the wait time for parking much longer
