DONT STAY HERE!

Horrible location, poor management, and clearly do not know how to take care of their guests. We stayed here on 7/13- we have 4 kids. 2 rooms over, there was a clear disturbance- the couple was arguing, yelling, fighting, clearly disturbing several rooms at 12am. This went on for several hours before the hotel took any action. The security from IHOP had to come up to the 2nd floor and control the situation. We got no sleep, no apology, and zero consideration from management. The adjacent room was so bothered they opted to leave. We expected more accountability from the hotel- they did ZERO. It is very ghetto, pool is not working, remodel is piece already falling apart, and breakfast was extremely disapointing. I would not stay here again and highly recommend you don’t either.

Unfortunately it seems like we let you down while staying with us and sincerely apologize. As you mentioned our pool is indeed out of service due to us still working on safety issues given that we want to provide our guests with nothing but the best. Regarding the new remodeling we do our best to implement our rules but unfortunately we can't control the damage our property may suffer from time to time in the rooms but rest assured that we do our best to fix it. Lastly, we are required to follow certain guidelines when it comes to breakfast, what we provide at our hotel is what we're allowed to serve. We will take into consideration your feedback and look to see if there is something else we could do to please our guests. Thank you for staying with us.

The bed is comfortable shower is great the only problem I had was the floor was dirty.

We are always striving to do our best but unfortunately we cannot control the area around us, while we cannot control the are around us we do control the property's safety. We provide security throughout the night and have high resolution cameras that let us know if something is wrong and deal with it accordingly so our guests can rest comfortably.
