At first i was confused and concerned. But once i checked in and got settled in things felt good! I noticed they gave a lot of cameras around the property so that also gave me security. The staff was all great and the hotel room was really nice and clean! I definitely recommend and would plan to stay here again.

Bad customer service

The room itself wasn’t too bad but soon after arriving the toilet wasn’t working properly. That morning I called front desk to let them know that the toilet wasn’t working at all. Front desk response was for us to go get a plunger from them and fix the toilet ourselves because maintenance wasn’t available. Not a hey sorry for the inconvenience or if you need to come use the restroom here at office. Was really disappointed in how we were treated.

No no no!!!

Check in was at 3 but room still wasn't ready by 5. Lady at front desk was NOT polite. Literally told me to cancel my reservation (which I was unable to do due to 3rd party reservation) or wait another 45 min. Breakfast was bland, only had ketchup and salt for eggs, didn't even have simple oatmeal. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!! Room was clean, shower didn't get hot, and you can hear the other guests very loudly (THIN WALLS)

Really more of a motel, it’s a bad neighborhood. Has been “re-done” in that they painted over prior damage. The inside looks nice at first glance, but it becomes very clear that this is an old hotel. My first real clue was when I sat on the toilet and the whole thing started moving. When asked, they told me it’s just like that and it

The staff was friendly especially the girl checking us in but the maid service was subpar. I arrived a hour after check in time and they hadn’t cleaned the room yet. They never brought new towels to the room after we put them out for them to get or changed the sheets. Another issue was the tv sound cutting out. They should really spring for a new tv in the accessible room. It isn’t the best area of town but it was close to UC Davis hospital where my wife was getting an infusion. Breakfast was good. If it wasn’t for the maid service not being on the ball and the TV I would have given the place 5 stars.
