Perfect Location and Lovely Stay
Publié le 3 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy son and I needed a place to stay while visiting family in Sacramento. This property was in a perfect location for our needs. It has great amenities, two bedrooms, and we liked being on the second floor. The back parking lot was a little tight, but we made it work. Had to park on the street once due to crowded situation, but the neighborhood is safe.

Walkable Midtown
Publié le 30 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayA very nice and clean apt. Walkable to so many restaurants and shops. Quiet and offers off street parking. I would stay here again. I felt safe. This building has 4 apt’s. I stayed in Apt 4. There was an issue one night with the apt below me but the manager called immediately to let me know what was going on and it was taken care of quickly. I appreciate the communication being so efficient.

We just love this Rental!
Publié le 22 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayThis VRBO is the perfect little place if you want to be in Midtown. We were literally within walking distance of most of the places we wanted to go. The neighborhood is super friendly and very social.
We have stayed in the same VRBO 4 times now, and it never disappoints. The property manager is very responsive and actually checks in on us routinely (via email.) The rental is clean, and the perfect setup for the 3 of us who stayed.
We love how easy it was to navigate Midtown. Within walking distance are many places to eat, corner stores, and fun night spots. We highly recommend this VRBO!
