Relax away from city center
Publié le 16 avr. 2019 sur HotelsIt was a okay place to stay, relaxing and affordable. Location is slightly not near from the town center, transportation will cost double because they will tell you the car or motorbike would return empty without clients from your destination of vice versa

Dear Khun Soo Kheng, Thank you very much for taking the time to review our property. Banana Resort Sadao is locate in Sadao municipality area while approx. 9 kilometers from Dannok immigration post. For transfer may us recommend to contact the resort on direct transfer for fair price. (Some other privater car or motorcycle would do double charge to customers.)

Publié le 13 févr. 2019 sur HotelsBanana Resort is located on the edge of town in an area that appears to have lots of new hotel construction going in. The resort itself is basic with smallish rooms and looks something like an old road motel from the Route 66 era. There is a pool which appears to be a big draw for the neighborhood as it was packed with kids when we were there. The hotel also has a small restaurant that sells a basic breakfast, coffee and microwaved frozen meals. The hotel does provide a 10% discount at a couple of restaurants in the area. The rooms are plain, almost to the point of being spartan, tables and shelves are made of concrete cast when the room was made. There is only one tiny blanket provided, about the size of a large beach towel. The hotel does the job at a low price. A reasonable, but austere stay close to the border if you don't want to stay in the Las Vegas atmosphere that is Dannok.

It really unfortunate that the "Cozy Budget Room" is the room for most economy traveler and couldn't always match the standards of a hotel. We sincerely hope you found accommodations which met your expectations on the rest of your trip.
