4th floor was musky smelling, coffee in the lobby had grounds in it, I was double charged, you can't get any signal from your cell phone in your room, the outlets by the bed did not work on either side. Never going to a four points again or a Marriot Bonvoy, you'd have to torture my first born to get me to stay there.

The property needs serious updating, needs to be cleaned, different bad smells in different areas, i imagine it was once a very nice hotel.

So room was clean staff at front desk first night fine. Discovered no shower gel in shower. Notified front desk next morning. Said will get it handled. Never happened. Notified front desk that evening by ph said she had some. It would be better if I came to get as she was busy. Went down hour od so later. She acted annoyed that I was disrupting her bs session with her friend. She could not find anything and handed me a bar of soap. Cleaning service also came that day and did not fill shower gel or empty trash. Basically sat new towels on sink and left. Next morning notified staff. She was great and it finally was done room cleaned as well. Used to be the place to stay not so much anymore. Restaurant is so so staff great about it. Will not stay again very dissatisfied.

Great hotel, not so great accommodation.

The hotel was nice, the front desk worker named Ashley was 10/10 she was so friendly and pleasant. The negative: I booked a 2 bed queen room and was given a 1 bed king. The hotel was sold out so I was unable to be moved to a different room, and no refund was possible either. So 1 bed for 3 adults and a baby. 3 people slept great while one had to sleep in a chair. It would have been nice to have been notified in advance that the room I booked was not available.

I did not like the property at all my bathroom, floor, windows, fridge, counter etc was dirty. There were cob webs everywhere and food under the bed. The light fixture was broken and I barely got service even with WiFi. My key card wouldn’t work for door 3 etc. I would not recommend or come back
