Selena at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming! The hotel is very clean, great parking, and a restaurant onsite (although we did not eat there). Within walking distance is a Burger King and a Hungry Howie's Pizza. And the river trail was so nice and peaceful. We would definitely stay there again.

Very friendly staff, very accommodating a lot us to stay a little late or to check out so our kids could swim a bit. Breakfast was good room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

Great staff manager not so much
Our stay was good. We went for a hockey tournament. Manager was more worried about 1complaint and a bad review. We had about 50 ppl from our hockey region. I understand the concern but you should make people aware that there are going to be all kinds of kids from different districts. We came and spent A Lot of money on the hotel and the business we chose to give them. Roughly $20,000 between our teams. To be reprimanded like we were 9 was uncalled for. The rest of the staff were nice and great though! Just let travelers know. Give that courtesy to choose a different place. You are a hockey town. Pool area is small no hot tub but breakfast was fantastic!

Comfortable, clean, enjoyable
I prefer a firm mattress, which is sometimes hard to find at a hotel. We had a two-queen room and the first night I was not very comfortable because the bad was too soft/plush. I assumed both mattresses were the same, but my wife suggested I try the other bed the 2nd night. I'm glad I did because it was much firmer and I was able to get a better night's sleep. Overall, I'm glad both beds had different firmness levels to accommodate a range of sleeping preferences.

Very impressed with the cleanliness & front desk courtesy….great location near 75…great place to stay if you are heading further north into Augres….there aren’t very many nice hotels that far north….Will keep this on by preferred list!!
