Confortable par contre il n y a pas de ventilateur dans la salle de bain et nous entendons marcher sur l étage au dessus

very nice property, clean room, great staff, great hot breakfast. Great location lots of shopping and food choices. We even stayed an extra night

Good service, cleanliness needs work
Publié le 16 août 2024 sur HotelsUpon arrival, front desk was greatly helpful and pleasant to work with. The breakfast they have is pretty good and comparable to other Holiday Inns I've stayed at. The room itself was a nice size room, the thermostat is a bit confusing as i wasnt sure what to use for the temperature (a/c unit or wall unit). The bathroom was a good size and had plenty of soaps. The bad was that the floor still had hair from a previous customer, the shower wasnt the cleanest (could use some new caulking), the cieling had either a spigot or some type of fire suppressor that wasnt covered and the spackling wasnt the greatest. The stairs had a bit of a weird smell (used female hygiene products left in a bag). Overall, we had a good stay but needs just a little bit more attention to detail to get it better.

The check in clerk was friendly and efficient. The facility was clean. The pool was too warm. The breakfast was very good. The check out clerk was unfriendly

My favorite place to stay in Saginaw. Clean, professionally run, on a major artery with plenty of shopping and food. Also right off the ramp of a highway, so convenient to get to. Responsive staff who are courteous, and room is comfortable. They also pass the filter test: first thing I do when I walk into a hotel room is pull the air filter out of the air conditioner/heating unit. Easily, 7 out of 10 times the filter has not been cleaned in months. I pulled the filter out at this hotel, and it had been recently cleaned: no dust in the filter. That's a plus for me, as it reveals a level of thorough cleanliness.
