The customer service was rude. They didn't understand their own hotel policy. They tried charging us twice 2 different prices and on top of the price that you guys set me. Up, they also made me pay extra money on top of that. That wasn't even applied to the bill that when be trying to check out, they trade charging us for a second time with totally different price. So we are not happy. We would like to try to possibly get a refund from the situation. Cause the lady didn't fully understand the darn thing. She's very rude and they just were an inconvenience. The hotel was terrible. We had a water leakage in our bathroom this year. Thing was cracked and leaking on to our toilet and was not cleaned up for anything when we got into the bathroom when we got to the hotel at all.

It is unique because it has a saltwater pool which I need due to a family member's allergies. The front desk was unfriendly upon check-in and check-out. I reserved the room with a crib. Upon check-in, I asked about it. I was told it would be sent. We had to call down later that night to get it delivered. Upon checking out, I seemed to be more of a bother. I set my keys on the counter and, I was directed to put them in the return box. She couldn't even be bothered to take the keys. There are SOOOO many rules. The ones I have an issue with are that you cannot have any alcoholic beverages or food poolside unless from their restaurant. I ordered pizzas and it took over an hour for it to be served. Someone pooped all over the shallow end. I'm not sure what they did to clean it other than scooping it out. We left, but I had to run up and down to get the pizza that I kept being told "15 more minutes). People were still swimming in the pool. I'm sure it couldn't possibly be clean to swim in. We will not be back.

Went with the grandkids. They loved the pool area and we loved the hot tub. It was quiet and clean, two very important features for me. The breakfast buffet was really good.

Love staying at this holiday inn, great location. The bar and restaurant downstairs has AMAZING food and drinks. Also has a gym and pool and it’s in a great location! I stay here a lot!
