Friendly Staff
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsTo begin, the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful at this property. The property itself is in major need of repair. There are holes in the walls and black mold. The fire alarm was sticking 6" out of the wall w/ electricity still going to it as it was blinking.
I was asked for drugs by another guest at the property, as well as help for domestic violence by yet another guest.

The place was dirty. The toilet was broken. It seemed like drug deals were going on in the parking lot. I would not recommend this place. The staff was not friendly.

The bathroom was moldy, the bed sheets were stained, one lamp didn’t have a shade over it (just an exposed light bulb), and the door chain was broken. People were partying in the parking lot and yelling outside my room past midnight. The laundry machines were broken. Overall, I felt pretty unsafe.

Total waist of Money!
Publié le 29 juill. 2024 sur HotelsRoom was filthy, walls an floors, doors. No toilet lid , plugs didn't work vanity light didn't work..sheets stained. Cig butts an trash under bed. Mold in tub, soap scum an nasty toilet! Stained towels an clothes . Old broken phone with no cords for "room service"
Fleas, waitited 8 hours for towels, front desk kept telling me to come back in 30 mins all day
Parking lot full of trash as well as every trash barrel around building .

It was the worst experience we’ve ever had! The lights didn’t work, the containers for liquid soap & shampoo were empty and the bed was uncomfortable.

Bed Bugs

Not give enough shower towels for the amount of people we had registered to the room. The floor was sticky and instantly made our socks black and gross. Woke up ylto find bites on my child and found a bed bug walking around. The area seemed sketchy and heard gun shots several times. Was decent enough for what we wanted but now worried were taking bugs home.
