Super 8 Saginaw

La propreté de la chambre était ordinaire un peu défraichie. Il y a des Super 8 meilleur que cela. Mais le prix fut abordable.

She proceeded to tell me that it was refunded and it never was refunded.so I had to make another reservation and then got charged for my son having a accident on the sheet the morning of check out and now I'm out of not just 54$ but now 108$. And this app won't let me put the video or pictures on here.

When we arrived we had prepaid through Motel.com there was none at the front desk we had to wait about 30 min for someone to show up. We were the 2nd ones to get our room out of our group. When we entered or room we checked it as we always do at all hotels. We found several signs of BED BUGS and found one LIVE BED BUG. Immediately left the room
( thankfully we had not taken our bags in yet.)
We went back to the front desk brought the lady at the front desk to the room and showed her the bug. Told the people in our party they checked their room and found signs of BED BUGS as well. We asked for a refund and the property refused. They would only offer us another room but we had already saw BED BUGS and sign in two different rooms so we were not staying in that building. Ended up losing our money will never trust this Hotel chain again. DO NOT STAY HERE.... I have picture but cant upload them.

Bed Bugs! Stay away!
Publié le 21 sept. 2024 sur HotelsChecked in and immediately found Bed Bugs before bringing our bags in. Showed the front desk worker and she said they were dead, so that’s was OK. Refused to give us a refund. We had to leave and find other accommodations. Terrible customer service!
