Belles vacances en famille
Très beau séjour en famille, chalet super propre, bien équipé. C’est un peu juste pour le nombre de chaises autant intérieur qu’extérieur. Petite déception pour l’accès à la rivière c’est plutôt difficile. Belle expérience en général!

Comfortable and Clean
Our 4 teenage children enjoyed the house. They loved the table tennis. Overall they said they could’ve stayed in the house for the entire stay and had a good time. We will stay again.

Beau chalet/Problème avec le spa
Nous avions un critère important pour la location d’un chalet pour notre temps des fêtes en famille: avoir accès à un spa. Quelle surprise à notre premier essai: eau impropre. Une équipe s’est chargée de faire la vidange du spa et nettoyage. Avec une température extérieure de -20C , nous n’avons pu profiter du spa durant la journée principale du séjour, le spa ayant atteint une température acceptable à 22h. 2 membres de notre famille ont voulu profiter du spa le lendemain matin avant notre départ. Résultat: un bikini qui est passé du mauve au rose et un érythème cutané pour les 2 personnes dû probablement aux produits trop forts. Malgré de nombreux messages à l’hôte suite à notre séjour, aucun retour de lui jusqu’à ce jour. Décevant.

Chalet en famille
Un séjour fantastique! Le chalet est ultra propre et tranquille. Nous avons passés un beau week-end en famille. Il manque quelques petit trucs dans les accessoires de cuisine, il n'y avait pas assez de chaises à la table ni à l'exterieur près du feu, le patio est plutot petit et l'accès a la rivière est très difficile mais malgré ces points nous avons adorer et nous allons le recommander sans aucun doute.

Communication avec l’hôte
Emplacement super et chalet super beau et accueillant. Déception au niveau de la communication avec l’hôte une fois sur place! Je m’explique deux semaine avant mon arrivée, je demande et m’assure à ce que la bonbonne de propane du BBQ soit sur place puisque nous avons prévu dés steak de haute qualité comme repas pour le samedi. Nous sommes 10! À mon arrivée je constate qu’il n’a pas de bonbonne et pas moyen d’avoir un retour de courriel de l’hôte! Résultat quelqu’un est allé chercher une bonbonne en ville! Bref c’est pas la fin du monde mais décevant.
