Not Good enough !!!
Posted Sep. 19, 2023 on HotelsThe only reason to stay at this hotel is because it is the closest to the Rouen Parc d'exposition.
We had booked six rooms for a classic car show weekend for three nights.
The rooms are the smallest that it's possible to fit a double bed into, althought the aircon is good and everything is pretty new.
The big let down is the breakfast service. When you are exhibiting at a show you need to get up, shower, have breakfast and go. On all three mornings the breakfast service was terrible. The staff seemed to be hiding out back and not replenishing things.
When we arrived in the breakfast room, there was no coffee, no apple juice, no butter, baggettes and no bread. I had to go to the reception three times and it was still 15 minutes before the coffee machines were replenished.
This simply isn't good enough and it's their loss : next year we will be needing 20 rooms and we will be staying elsewhere.

We accidentally booked the wrong day - expedia were helpful but the hotel refused to move the booking to the next day and wound not offer exchange to another ibis or even partial refund. Poor customer service and management.

Friendly helpful staff , room a little snug , but extremely comfortable and entirely up to purpose very quiet , breakfast more than adequate for the price , secure open air parking
