The guest who books the reservation must be 25 years or older and must be present for the length of the stay in the property.

Our lovely one bedroom, two bath villa is just across from the tennis courts and pro-shop. Play a set or two of tennis or just relax on the rear deck overlooking the salt marsh with its ever changing tidal landscape and bird life. Restaurants, pools, and a sweeping ocean beach are a short walk across the street. A circular stairway leads to the loft bedroom with a king size bed and full bath. A pull-out sofa and another full bath on the main floor provide comfortable accomodations for a total of four guests. A fully equipped kitchen and attractive dining area complete the floor plan for this unique property. Has capability for carafe and k cup coffee. Wireless internet provided throughout the unit.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

This Tennis Villa has a beautiful view of the marsh. The kitchen is stoked with everything you could possibly need. The bed was super comfortable and the sheets smelled so nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved our first time to Fripp Island. This place was perfect location-wise and size-wise for our family of 3. The fully stocked kitchen was awesome and the washer/dryer was much appreciated. The view of the marsh from the back deck never got old. Bathrooms would benefit from a thorough scrub down, especially floors and showers. Otherwise it was clean. Updated decor would really make this place shine!

The Tennis Villa is a nice spot for a few nights at Fripp. The Villa needs a little work, but it's comfortable and we didn't really spend much time there. Good location if you don't mind the party noise late at night or the leaf blowers early in the morning. The Fripp beach is amazing and only a short walk away, as is the boardwalk across the marsh.

Unit has tired dated decor
I love the Tennis Villas at Fripp and this home is well located with nice marsh views. Much of the decor seems to be from the last century although appliances are newer. The kitchen was well equipped. Housekeeping was weak. We had to do some cleaning in the kitchen. My other comment has nothing to do with this unit. Many of the restaurants were closed and what few were open had the poorest mixed cocktails I have had in decades. The menus were uninspired. Fripp is wonderful place to visit otherwise. The Tennis Villas are an excellent choice and this unit could be tops with newer furnishings and decor.

This beautiful little villa has a spectacular view of the marsh! My husband and I enjoyed watching wildlife from the comfort of the living room and deck. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare a meal. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
