DIRECT BEACH FRONT/OCEAN FRONT. John Fripp Villa 101

Upscale Captain John Fripp Villa 101 is truly OCEANFRONT and located at the BEST BEACH, in the most desirable part of the island. Just step out your door onto the beach. Reserved parking is at your door. NO STEPS TO CLIMB.

Our Captain John Fripp Villa 101 is located oceanfront, at the Beach Club area, within walking distance to restaurants, pools, fitness center, pickleball and tennis.

Fripp Resort guest cards (2) are included. Our guests have access to all Resort amenities.

Guests may use our bikes, beach chairs, beach towels and outdoor shower.
John Fripp Villa 101 is owned by Carol and Charles Patty, who reside full-time on Fripp Island.

This spacious, one bedroom villa is a corner unit, located on the first-floor. Our immaculate villa features a large living room and dining area, with spectacular ocean views, through many large windows. The private covered patio allows guests to enjoy the ocean, while being sheltered from the sun. There is a wonderful grassy area off the patio, perfect for outdoor play and games.

This villa is rated EXCELLENT. Recently renovated with 2 Flat Panel TV's, sleeper sofa and love seat, high-end bed linens, designer towels, NEW fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, new washer and dryer. The villa is cleaned before arrival and all linens are provided. The spacious bedroom has a king-sized bed and large walk-in closet.

No smoking, no pets.

Fripp Island is a pristine, private gated island. You can even rent and drive island golf carts on our streets. Three and one half miles long, the entire island is a wildlife sanctuary with an abundance of birds, deer, dolphin, sea turtles, and much more.

Our family has vacationed and lived on Fripp for more than 30 years. We fell in love with Fripp Island, and we know you will too.

Great Stay

Overall very satisfied with this Condo, location, and closeness to the beach. This is a very quiet location. On the Patio there is a constant drip coming from the cutter system which makes sitting outside not very relaxing. The large sleeper/couch is not very comfortable for watching TV however it was doable.

A Great Birthday Getaway

We got in late in the evening and we had no issues getting on the island or getting in the unit. Everything was as advertised or better and we had a great experience at Fripp and the Beaufort area as a whole. Easy access to the beach right out the back door. Deer in the back area every night. Hosts were very friendly and communicative throughout the process. We will not hesitate to come back. Thank you!

Lovely Villa by the Sea

This lovely villa doesn’t disappoint! It is clean with well-appointed furnishings and just steps from the boardwalk to the beach. We had a minor issue and the property owner/manager contacted us within the hour and came by in person to check it out, no worries. We have stayed here multiple times, a good indicator of its appeal to return.
